Eat around the World (Indian)

Consequently we all (9 of us) arrived carrying a variety of food and drink "donations" for the evening.

We had, I think, all catered for 9, which meant that we had rather too much food, but it was all very yummy, and a good opportunity to try lots of different dishes.

Amongst other things we had 2 or 3 starters, 4 different types of curry and two puddings together with some "interesting" drinks! It was a very relaxed evening, and a wonderful opportunity to talk to each other without any interruptions..!

I would like to thank our hostess (and her poor husband who was "banished" to the attic!!) for letting us come and invade their house, and I hope that all the tidying up didn’t take too long.

I for one, am certainly looking forward to the next part of our culinary journey around the world!

This took place on Friday evening, under the guise of a "Ladies Night Out", but turned into a very successful "Night In"!

The theme of a Curry had been chosen a couple of weeks earlier by our host for the evening.
