Family day to the Binnenmaas

On 31st August I.C.P.C. went to the Binnenmaas. This is a recreation area with plenty of activities for the children.

First we met up at the playground and although the weather wasn’t that fantastic the children managed to keep dry playing on the swings, merry-go-rounds, etc…

After our picnic we carried on further into the grounds where the children could play on a go-cart racing track! Some of the mummies and daddies had to help their children by pushing the cart around, as they were a bit too heavy for their little legs.

Then they had a go on the police motorbikes followed by the formula one racing cars. Several of the girls were really good.. eat your heart out Schumacher! Finally we had a visit to the animal farm (in the same grounds).

It was a very well kept farm with plenty of animals to keep the children occupied. All in all a very worthwhile visit and to be recommended.
