ICPC events

Open Day
(Family event ), (28/02/2003)

As most of you will know the Open Day was held on Friday 28th February. Unfortunately, despite our efforts to publicise the event, few people from outside the club came to the event. However it didn't stop the rest of us from enjoying ourselves.

The children were each given a games card which they had to complete, this included games such as apple bobbing, a skippy ball race, a variety of ball games and a couple of puzzles for different age groups.

Next on the agenda was Mini Moves, a sort of aerobics for kids, which virtually all of them enjoyed, one little boy was still singing the Bob the Builder song when he arrived home!

Afternoon Tea and Pancakes came next, both of which were very well supplied, and enjoyed by everyone.

Finally, a big Thank You for all the contributions to the Buffet (including a member’s father, for his wonderful carrot cake..!), and of course to everyone for all the work involved in making the event run smoothly.
