Halloween Party
(Family event ), (01/11/2002)

Judging by the feedback we can safely say that everyone truly enjoyed the Halloween Party. Some previous members with their children came to visit, and some of the other children invited their friends.

We started at 4.30pm with various activities for the children to do. There was a lucky dip especially made for the occasion using a slime bowl (jelly with spider rings etc. in it), three touch and "feely" boxes with truly revolting things hidden inside.

Pin the wart on the witches nose and toss the ghost. Next we had a buffet including a witches brew, and some more jelly infested with spiders!

After the buffet we did musical statues to music from Michael Jackson's track "Thriller" followed by some team games. This included "Mummifying" the daddies with toilet roll (thank you daddies for volunteering!) and Piņata.

We concluded the party of course with some more disco music including of course the Ketchup song/dance. The children had really done their best and there were some fantastic costumes shown off.

There was also a horribly difficult Halloween Quiz for the adults, which was eventually won by our resident quiz expert .
Congratulations!
