Speelotheek Toy Sale

We found out about this event, almost by accident, a couple of weeks earlier, when trying to book the Ouderkamer, which happens to be in the same building as the Speelotheek.

That didn’t give us much time to prepare for the event & try to gather enough items together to sell, but thanks to the generosity (once again!) of our members we managed to fill our two tables at the Sale.

Some members spent the Saturday morning trying to sell the contents of our stall. It was a learning process, and we didn’t manage to sell everything, but we did raise some money for the club.

The market itself was actually quite fun to do, as it was inside, didn’t last too long, and all the visitors were keen to buy the sort of things which we were trying to sell!

Thanks to the Daddies and our children who came along to offer moral support and coffee!
