Christmas Party

How time flies, for so long we’ve been looking forward to the Christmas party, and here we are already looking back on it. It was a great party for young and old.

Some of the children had been preparing for it at the kids club meeting, decorating candle holders.

The hall was beautifully decorated and the food was once again excellent. I think it gets better every time! The children loved to ice up houses of biscuit, what a shame they could not tuck in straightaway.

Teams were made and games were played and the kids had great fun.

Then came the moment we had all been waiting for: Santa. With the children sitting in a circle we all sang carols.

(Did you know ICPC now has a vocal background choir? Still need a bit of practising on the twelve days of Christmas)

At last Santa appeared and it was wonderful to see all the children's faces. When they had all received their "pressies", it was time to go home again with a car full of singing children.
